We are seeing reductions in a big way, especially in the
beachside condo markets. Prices have been slashed at the new
WCI property in Pompano Beach, with Oceanside condos reduced from 1.2 million to $440K. When I contacted an agent that her $270K price tag was too high in a
Hillsboro Beach condo, she conferred with the owner and reduced it to $210K. This is all possible due to the law of supply and demand and how
