Ingredients:
4 oz Chilled Champagne
1 oz Orange Juice
0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
Orange twist
Directions:
In a champagne flute, pour Champagne, then orange juice, then Peach Schnapps.
Stir.
Garnish with orange twist.

Mocktail Option:
Ingredients:
4 oz Chilled 7-Up
1 oz Orange Juice
0.5 oz Peach Syrup
Orange twist
Directions:
In a champagne flute, pour 7-Up, then orange juice, then Peach Syrup.
Stir.
Garnish with orange twist.

A great time to buy

We are seeing reductions in a big way, especially in the beachside condo markets. Prices have been slashed at the new WCI property in Pompano Beach, with Oceanside condos reduced from 1.2 million to $440K. When I contacted an agent that her $270K price tag was too high in a Hillsboro Beach condo, she conferred with the owner and reduced it to $210K. This is all possible due to the law of supply and demand and how comparable properties affect the appraisals. Call me at 954-734-3099 to discuss.

At least it is not snowing

Well Broward county is chilly today and getting colder. A perfect time to look at property and not waste the balmy boating and beach days. Did you know that Floridians may be able to avoid foreclosure over the Holidays? It seems our Governor Crist is working on a plan with the legislators to spare families from the harsh realities at such a family time.

Had a nice vacation at the Newport Beach Resort for my nieces wedding, now it is back to work.
Yesterday saw a few nice condos at Nu River Landing, great New River location, beautiful rooftop pool and many amenities. We then hit the Symphony and Ft Lauderdale Beach ending up at Galt Ocean Mile. We were impressed with the Shore Club, nice renovations and beautiful Beach Club, we also liked the Ocean Summit, also remodeled.
